These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) govern your use of Cliploop, a macOS clipboard app provided by Utopia Applications LLC (“we”, “us”).
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cliploop on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
What you get
Cliploop Pro unlocks the complete app experience: a five-item text clipboard history, Control+V cycling through recent clips, direct paste with Cmd+1-5, and menu bar controls including Clear All. Every paid plan includes the same features.
Free access and trials
- Starter Day: On first launch, Cliploop provides one day of free access to all features without requiring a purchase.
- Free trials: Eligible new subscribers may receive a seven-day free trial for a selected subscription plan. Availability is shown in Apple’s purchase flow before confirmation.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Cliploop Pro offers monthly, 6-month, and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Settings on your device.
- If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices and taxes may vary by region and are shown in the App Store before purchase.
Privacy
Cliploop keeps clipboard data locally on your Mac. See the Cliploop Privacy Policy for details.
Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Cliploop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Applications LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.
