Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) govern your use of Cliploop, a macOS clipboard app provided by Utopia Applications LLC (“we”, “us”).

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Cliploop on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

What you get

Cliploop Pro unlocks the full experience: a 5-slot clipboard history, Control+V cycling to paste recent items, quick paste with Cmd+1-5, and menu bar controls (including Clear All).

Free access and trials

Starter Day: On first launch, Cliploop provides 1 day of free access to all features.
Free trials: Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial for a selected subscription plan. The trial, if available, will be shown in the App Store purchase flow.

Subscriptions

Cliploop Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly, 6 Months, and Yearly.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID Settings on your device.
If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Prices and taxes may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

Privacy

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the app except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Cliploop is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utopia Applications LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
